Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Point4 camera app ("the App"), provided by Momoca Inc. ("we"). By using the App you agree to these terms.

1. The service

The App develops your photos with AI — adding lens rendering, depth of field, and tone. Developing consumes "film" (credits) purchased in the App.

2. Pricing and payment

• Prices are shown in the App and billed through Apple's in-app purchase system.
• Subscription film resets at each monthly renewal. Top-up film never expires.
• You can cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Subscriptions; service continues until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are issued by Apple under its policies. When you request a refund from Apple, you consent to us sharing data about your use of that purchase — such as how much of the purchased film you have developed — with Apple to help it evaluate the request.

3. About developed results

• Development is an AI process: framing and fine details may differ subtly from the original frame. No particular output quality is guaranteed.
• Film is not refunded for re-develops. If processing fails, the consumed film is returned automatically.

4. Ownership

Your photos and their developed results belong to you. We handle them only as needed to perform development.

5. Prohibited conduct

Developing content that violates law or public order, reverse engineering the App, unauthorized access to our systems, and any conduct we reasonably deem harmful to the service are prohibited.

6. Disclaimer

Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for interruption, suspension, or modification of the App or loss of data. Where we are liable, liability is capped at the amount you paid for the App in the preceding 12 months.

7. Changes

We may amend these terms; amendments take effect when posted on this page.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan; the Tokyo District Court has exclusive first-instance jurisdiction over disputes.
