Privacy Policy

Momoca Inc. ("we") sets out below how the Point4 camera app ("the App") handles your information.

1. What we collect

• Photos you develop — only photos you explicitly send with "Develop" are transmitted to our servers for processing. Photos you merely shoot, and other photos in your library, are never uploaded.
• Purchase records — in-app purchase transactions, processed by Apple and our billing processor RevenueCat. We never see your card details.
• Usage data — app events and crash/error reports tied to an anonymous identifier (PostHog). The App has no accounts; we do not collect your name or email address.
• Push token — used solely to notify you when a develop finishes.

2. How photos are handled

• Uploaded photos are used only to perform the development you requested.
• Processing uses an external image model (OpenAI). Neither we nor our processors use your photos to train AI.
• Photos and results are automatically deleted from our servers within 1 day of processing.
• Your photos are never published or shared with anyone.

3. Purposes

We use the information above to (1) provide the develop service, (2) manage purchases, (3) improve quality and fix defects, and (4) respond to inquiries.

4. Processors and disclosure

We do not disclose personal information to third parties without consent, except as required by law. Our processors: Apple (payments), RevenueCat (billing), Cloudflare (infrastructure), OpenAI (image processing), PostHog (analytics).

5. Your rights

For access, correction, or deletion requests, contact support@point4.app — we will respond promptly.

6. Changes

Changes to this policy will be posted on this page.
